Once the amount has been received on the account, your order will be presented to the postal carrier for shipment within a few days (if in stock). You will be notified as soon as your order has been processed internally. Should delivery take longer than usual, you will be notified of the expected delivery time.

After sending your order, we have no further influence on its delivery and are entirely dependent on the deliveries and services of the postal carrier. Parcel and letter mail is normally delivered to you within 1 to 2 working days.

The stated delivery times are purely indicative. Possible delays cannot give rise to any indemnity, interest or penalty clause, nor to cancellation of the order. Articles are transported at the buyer’s risk.

If a parcel is not delivered as a result of the buyer providing a wrong or incomplete address, and the parcel is returned, there are two possibilities:

– the parcel is resent, the new shipping costs being borne by the buyer;
– the amount paid, less the shipping costs paid, is refunded to the buyer’s account and the goods are returned to stock.

2. subscriptions

As soon as the subscription amount is received on the account, your subscription will be activated within a short period of time. If your subscription cannot be activated within a short period of time, e.g. due to technical reasons, you will be notified when your subscription will be activated. Your subscription period starts running from its activation. If a subscription is automatically renewed, this is indicated in the subscription terms and conditions. Subscriptions are not refundable under any circumstances.
